Accounts Online

Welcome to Accounts Online, your direct link to the miles and points you cherish so much. These links will take you directly to the online statements offered by the programs listed below. Some program websites, though, don't allow linking straight into their accounts area. In those cases, we've excluded them. Enjoy the links. But really, how many times can you check your statement each month?

If you're looking for an easy-to-use service that automatically manages and tracks your various program miles and points, we recommend MileageManager.

  • AeroMexico Club Premier
-- Enter the membership number that you received when you joined the program, then view your account balance and most recent activity. No PIN is necessary.

  • Air Canada Aeroplan
-- Just enter your Aeroplan membership number and the PIN you received in the mail and check your membership level, account balance, and current qualifying miles. You can also request your PIN online. You will be given a temporary and limited access PIN until your new one arrives in the mail two weeks later.

  • Air Miles (Canada)
-- You must be registered with Air Miles in Canada and have your 11-digit Collector Number. It's simple: just enter the number and your balance will be sent right back to you.

  • Alaska Mileage Plan
-- You are required to sign in to view your account activity or to check your MVP qualification status. Enter your Mileage Plan number and mailing zip code, then click the appropriate button for the information you desire. This site offers a lot of useful information such as a link to the program's Visa card, award information, a partners guide, a newsletter, and much more.

  • Alitalia MilleMiglia Club
-- While you cannot enroll online with this program, when you enter your last name and the code number you received from the program, you will be able to view your account balance.

  • American AAdvantage
-- You must have your PIN to access this account. However, keep in mind that the temporary PIN you receive at first will only give you limited access to the AAdvantage functions. When you receive your permanent PIN in the mail, you can log in and view your current account status including any non-expiring miles and miles that might be expiring. This site also provides information such as total eligible award miles as well as your elite qualifying miles and program-to-date miles. The big plus is the ability to select and review any of your last 6 monthly statements. You can change and request your PIN online as well.

  • American Express Membership Rewards
-- After registering your card number, you will be able to view your card activity online. But most importantly, you'll have access to a statement of your total points accumulated, total points transferred, available points and total points pending. In addition, you can review your account for points that you transferred to various Rewards Partners. And if you forgot your password, you can create a new one on the spot with your card in hand.

  • American West FlightFund
-- Just enter your user name and password to access your account information online.

  • Amtrak Guest Rewards
-- Just enter your member number and password to access your account information online.

  • ANA Mileage Club
-- This program requires more information to log in than most other related sites. Be sure to have your ANA number (10 digits; if 7 digits you must call the service center) and password handy. You are also asked for your first and last name as it appears on your statements. But once logged in, you can choose from many services available for members only. This site also has a log out feature, which they strongly suggest you use.

  • Asia Miles
-- You will need your membership number and self-created PIN to access your online mileage statement. The program also offers a convenient link of instructions if you need assistance recalling your PIN.

  • Asiana Bonus Club
-- So far this site offers the easiest way yet on the Internet to check your balance. Just input your account number or, if you are a permanent resident of Korea, insert your resident registration.

  • Best Western Gold Crown Club
-- To check your point balance or shop for awards, enter your 16-digit GCCI membership number and password. If you are already a Gold Crown Club member, but are accessing your account for the first time, you will have to go through a short registration process to use the online membership features. This website also offers a convenient link to recover your password. All you need is your account number and date of birth as entered during your registration.

  • Blue Loot by American Express
-- After registering your card, you will be able to access a detailed statement with your self-created user ID and password. And if you forgot your password, you can create a new one on the spot with your card in hand.

  • British Airways Executive Club
-- The British Airways website now offers a new account-status service. Once you have registered for a four-digit PIN number (not an eight-digit PIN number) you'll have access to your account summary and to your recent transactions (to access, just a click at the bottom of the account summary). Look for your current mileage balance, Executive Club points, membership start and end dates and current level of tier. The recent transactions section lists the last ten transactions posted to your account. This website, like many others, offers online PIN retrieval as well. However, you will have to fill out a form, and the information must match EXACTLY what is on your statements.

  • Budget Rent-A-Car Perfect Drive
-- While this website does not offer instant online enrollment, you can enter your Budget customer number and your password and your online points statement. This site includes not only a record of your current balance and past transactions, but also a place to shop for awards or merchandise. All you need to retrieve your password is your Budget customer number. To enroll you will have to either print out an enrollment form or request it from the service center, then either mail it in or fax it to (770) 738-0149.

  • ClickRewards
-- Once you have a balance, you will need your user ID (email address) and the password you chose. This will enable you to access your activity statement, including the status of any current transactions. If you forgot your password, click on the "Did you forget your password?" link and answer your secret question.

  • Continental OnePass
-- You either create your own PIN at the time of enrollment, or have them mail one to you within 10 business days. The online statement is a duplicate of what you receive in the mail. It includes the current level of membership, current yearly total of miles, miles to reach next level of elite status, prior balance, current deposits, current withdrawals and current balance with transaction totals. The site also offers a helpful feature that allows reviewing any of your last six statements. The only downside is that you cannot view any updated activity between statements, because the site only provides an online copy of your mailed statements.

  • Delta SkyMiles
-- You either create your own PIN when you enroll online, or create one when you go online the first time, otherwise they will mail you one within two weeks. However, Delta makes it easy to get a PIN online and instantaneously access your account information. When you log in, Delta will give you your mileage summary, including SkyMiles and Frequent Flyer account balances and combined balances. They also provide you with two other very important account stats: your total qualifying miles for Million Miler status, and the date of expiration of your miles. The most important part: your flight and account history contains information on activity within the last six months.

  • Diners Club Club Rewards
-- Select your local region and click the "GO" button. Once connected to the local site for your particular Diners Club membership, follow the instructions for accessing your personal account.

  • Finnair Plus
-- Proceed to "Finnair Plus Online," then enter your membership number and PIN to access your account. You can order your PIN online. It will either be mailed to you or a message will be left on your cell phone (if you have included that number in your Finnair profile). What a good idea!

  • GreenPoints
-- You can view your activity history when you enter your email address and the password you created. This site is very easy to navigate. If you lose your password, they will email it to you.

  • Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles
-- Proceed to "Frequent Flyer" and you can learn anything you need about HawaiianMiles. To check your account balance and recent activities, to view current bonus offers, and to search for an award, just click on "Check Your Statement" and enter your account number and password.

  • Hertz #1 Club Gold
-- After filling out a lengthy profile, all you need to enter to access your account profile is your membership number and PIN. Whether you need to set up a PIN or whether you've forgotten it, you will need to fill out a shorter version of the registration form and your PIN will arrive via email.

  • Hilton HHonors
-- To get in, you need your account number and PIN. Your account activity will show your stays from the last 18 months, including the check in and check out dates, the number of points earned, any airline miles earned, the date and the USD charged during your stay. In addition to that, you can also view the same type of information for any non-hotel activity. This online account will tell you just about anything you would want to know about Hilton Honors and your activities. If you can't remember your PIN you can either call the customer service center or send your request in email. If you lose your PIN, you can create a new one online. Just enter your membership number, your zip code (if you don't have one you must call the service center) and name.

  • Hyatt Gold Passport
-- Have your Gold Passport membership number handy. You'll need it and your PIN to enter the account information area. Once there, you'll be able to see your current account balance, compare it to your most recent statement, and see how close you are in your quest for elite status. It lists year-to-date stays, and information on the number of nights you'll need for higher tier qualifications. Whether you need a PIN or a PIN reminder, submit your request online and the number will arrive in the mail within two weeks (three to four weeks if the address on your account is outside the U.S.

  • JAL Mileage Bank
-- You will need your member number and PIN in order to access your mileage statement. To retrieve a forgotten PIN just enter your member number and date of birth, and it will be mailed to you within just one week.

  • KLM Flying Dutchman
-- While you may have trouble with some browsers (this is a secure site), you'll appreciate the fact that The Personal Access will give you an update on your latest transactions within the program, number of points that you have accumulated and your membership status in terms of flights and points within the last year. But you must have a PIN before logging on. They mail the PIN-code to your registered preferred mailing address and it can take 2 weeks to receive it. If you let them attach a cookie to your frequent flyer number, you only have to enter your PIN on subsequent visits.

  • Lufthansa Miles & More
-- Just follow the "Miles & More" link and you can learn about the program, or log in to your account using your membership number and PIN code. Once logged in, you will be able to view your previous balance, current balance, status miles, number of flights, and recent activities.

  • Marriott Rewards
-- This will bring you to Marriott's member log in area. You'll see options allowing you to log in immediately or register an account if you haven't already. To log in, you'll need your user name and password. You'll also need both JavaScript and cookies enabled to fully use this site. If you cannot remember your password, you can enter your last name, membership number, and email address to view your password hint. If that does not work, contact a service center.

Once logged in, you will be able to view everything you could possibly want to see in regards to your current, past and future points. If you have problems signing in you can request either your user name or password online.

  • Northwest WorldPerks
-- Easy to get in: you'll just need your number and PIN. Your statement shows dates of expiring miles, enrollment-to-date miles, your current balance and the number of miles you have acquired toward your elite status. You can also view your activity history. You can either request your PIN reminder via postal mail by entering your account number, or by filling out the email request form.

  • Qantas Frequent Flyer
-- Your membership number, last name and PIN are all you need to check your miles and where they can take you on Qantas. After filling out a small form for security reasons, you can have your PIN mailed to you within seven days in Australia and 14 days outside of Australia.

  • Radisson GoldPoints
-- To access your account, enter your GoldPoints card number and the postal code to which they send your statements.

  • South African Airways Voyager
-- After registering, you can now view your mileage activity by providing your Voyager membership number and PIN.

  • Singapore KrisFlyer
-- Just enter your membership number and PIN to access your account. The site also offers useful features without logging in, like the mileage accrual calculator and the redemption award calculator.

  • Southwest Rapid Rewards

  • Starwood Preferred Guest
-- This site provides a record for your combined Sheraton and Westin programs. You must establish and enter an online username and password to view your points balance.

  • Qualiflyer
-- On this website you can claim missing miles, edit your profile, and learn about current promotions. You can also read the program's newsletter and, with your membership number and PIN, view your actual mileage accrual. If you lose your PIN, this program requires information that is a little different. You will need to supply your membership number and the closing balance of your last statement.

  • US Airways Dividend Miles
-- To access your account, you will need your Dividend Miles account number and PIN. If you do not know or have forgotten your PIN, you can request one online. Account information is updated daily, so you have access to the most up-to-date information when you check your balance and flight activity, or verify your account profile. In addition, you can view current and prior statements, and request credit for US Airways flights.

  • United Mileage Plus
-- In order to access your account online, you will need to complete a registration form (unless you enrolled online) which asks you to create a password. You will also get a PIN in the mail, but this PIN only has to be entered one time to unlock the account statement, once prompted to do so after logging in the first time. After that, your account number and password are all you need to view your activity from the beginning of the past calendar year to the present.

  • Varig Smiles
-- Just enter your Smiles card number and PIN to view your balance statement. And while it seems that you can request the PIN online, the link will bring up service centers and contact information.

  • Virgin Atlantic flying club
-- When you enter your flying club user ID and password, you gain access to all your account information and online services. There is a link available for those having trouble signing in. For security reasons however, you can only retrieve your user ID or password by calling the service center.
